Singing Technique: Level 2 (Adults)

Course Content: As a group, we will develop understanding of the body and voice, how to warm up helpfully and effectively for the task ahead, and develop singing and performance techniques in application to song repertoire across musical theatre, pop and classical repertoire - we will learn the songs together and apply as an ensemble, however, there will also be opportunities for participants that wish to, to sing sections of the songs alone for feedback and to bring sections of songs they are working on in their own practice (to demonstrate aspects of the course in application to their songs).

If you are wanting to build your confidence in singing and performance, learn more about the voice in application to your singing, and develop your skills within a supportive and fun environment, this course is for you. 

Suitable for those with a fair to good knowledge of vocal anatomy and technique or those that have already completed Singing Technique Level 1 (formerly Singing Technique for Beginners).

Course Times & Dates:

Mondays:
7:00pm to 8:30pm - Monday evenings from 15th April to 13th May

7.5 hours of tuition in total.

Venue:

The Dickens Suite, The Howard Arms Hotel, Brampton, Cumbria.

There is limited parking available outside the hotel, and a car park behind the hotel. There is a step up from the street to enter the hotel, and a further few steps up to the room, and down to the ladies.

The Bus Stop in the centre of town is a 1 minute stroll away. (685 - Carlisle to Newcastle line).
